If you know me well you will know that I hate to be a cliche. If something is a cliche then I try to avoid it, or at least pretend that I did it differently to most other people.
The new phase of my life that I will be embarking upon very soon plays right into the cliche box. I will be one of the gajillions of Aussies every year who go and work in the UK (and London no less) and while I have my reasons for caving on my original plans of much more random (and thus less cliched) destinations, I have a feeling that it's going to work out well.
This blog if just one more step into that direction of being a cliche. But hey, cliches are cliches for a reason aren't they? I'm going to list some that I love. And hopefully this blog (welcome by the way!) will be one too.

- Doing an Arts degree
- Playing the ukulele
Anyway I'm writing this blog so friends can see what I'm doing once I leave Oz and because I really enjoy writing. I even wrote a novel once but you can't read it because it sucks. I have decided to call this, my new blog, 'clumsy traveller' because I will be travelling and I can be a little clumsy. I like to think that it's because I'm a little absent minded rather than uncoordinated. I have been told that it's endearing, mostly it means I have a lot of bruises. But seriously, you have to call a blog something.
So welcome! I will try and make it not boring.
